Project Management Overall Program Management Design Review for Developing IRD & ICD Templates.
Coordination with Agencies (EPC Contractors, Non-EPC Contractors, Airport System Contractor, MEP Contractor) for Execution & Interfacing Coordination of Testing and Commissioning Test Witness and Final Approval From Adani Team to Ensure That All IT & No IT System Should be Integrated For Overall Performance & Governance.
